Braven

Staff management and ticketing for FiveM roleplay Discords. Start here.

Braven runs your staff team. Tickets are the way in — panels members click, threads your staff work in, transcripts you can search afterwards — but the reason servers keep it is everything built on top: who was on duty, who answered, who is meeting their quota, and who has not shown up in three weeks.

How Braven is organised

Three ideas explain nearly everything:

Panels open tickets. A panel is a message with a dropdown or buttons. Each option is a category, and a category decides where the ticket opens, who can see it, and whether the member fills in a form first.

Modules switch features on and off. Every feature belongs to a module, and /modules turns any of them off for your server. A module you have switched off is silent — it does not act, and it does not nag.

Your plan decides what is available. Free is genuinely usable rather than a demo. Paid features refuse cleanly and tell you what would unlock them, and downgrading never deletes anything you have already set up.

Two things worth knowing early

Braven never touches your game server. It reads your FiveM server's public status endpoints to show player counts, and it receives webhooks from txAdmin and Tebex. It issues no in-game commands, no RCON, and no in-game bans. Anything that would write to your server is out of scope on purpose.

Panels do not expire. A panel posted a year ago keeps working through every update, because the buttons carry no hidden state — Braven looks the category up when somebody clicks. You will not find yourself reposting panels after an update.

Stuck?

Every page here lists the exact commands involved. If something is not behaving, /plan tells you what your server is on and /modules view tells you what is switched on — between them they explain most surprises.
