Read-only on the free tier

Free servers can see everything and change nothing. Every command still works in Discord on every tier — the dashboard is a convenience, never the only way in.

Why some things stay in Discord

A few actions are deliberately not on the dashboard:

  • Approving an LOA grants a Discord role, so it happens where the bot can act.
  • Issuing or voiding infractions is gated on your management roles, which is a narrower check than dashboard access.
  • Levelling and schedule rules are enforced by the bot; a second implementation behind a write API is how two systems start disagreeing.

Posting is queued

When you post or save a panel, the dashboard hands the job to the bot rather than doing it directly — the dashboard has no connection to Discord of its own. It lands within about fifteen seconds. The button says so rather than pretending it is done.
