Plans and limits

What each tier includes, and what happens when a plan changes.

Braven has three tiers. The free one is meant to be genuinely usable — it is how most servers start, and plenty never leave it.

Why moderation is split

The actions themselves — warn, timeout, kick, ban — are free. A server that cannot remove a spammer will not stay installed long enough to upgrade.

What Pro sells is the layer on top: automod, raid protection, the channel tools, and the searchable player record log. Cases are written on every tier, so a server that upgrades finds its history already there rather than starting from nothing.

Duty tracking is free for the same reason: every paid analytics feature is built from the sessions it records.

Downgrading never deletes anything

If you drop from Pro to Free with 12 ticket categories, all 12 stay and keep working. You are blocked from creating a 13th until you are back under the limit.

The same applies everywhere: quotas, panels, records, levelling XP, infractions. They stop being acted on, and they are still there when you come back.

There is no trial

The free tier is the trial. Layering a fortnight of Pro on top of a tier that is already usable only created a cliff two weeks after installing.

When a payment fails

Paid features keep working for three days after a failed payment. A declined card should not take down your ticket system mid-shift. After that the server drops to free, keeping all its data.

Feature not working?

In order of likelihood:

  1. The module is off/modules view. A switched-off module is silent by design.
  2. Your plan does not include it — the command will say so and name the tier.
  3. Braven is missing a permission — it will tell you which one, in which channel.
