Leave of absence
Staff request time off, management approves, and quotas skip them while they are away.
This is a Pro feature.
/subscribe to enable it.A staff member requests leave, management approves it, and Braven applies a role for the dates and removes it afterwards. Anyone on approved LOA is skipped by the weekly quota report — which is the entire point.
Setting it up

/setup management channel:#managementRequests go to the management channel with Approve and Deny buttons.
Approving stays in Discord
It grants a Discord role, so it happens where the bot can carry it out. The dashboard shows LOA as a record but does not approve it.
What happens on the dates
The role is applied when the leave starts and removed when it ends, automatically. If somebody comes back early, cancelling the LOA removes the role immediately.
