Let members rate the staff who helped them.
This is a Pro feature.
/subscribe to enable it.Members rate a staff member directly with /staff upvote and /staff downvote.
It is separate from ticket ratings, which are tied to a
specific closed ticket.
Use ticket ratings to measure how support is going. Use this for the member who was helped in a voice channel at 2am where no ticket existed.
