Ask questions before the ticket opens, so staff start with the details.

/subscribe to enable it.A form attached to a category runs before the ticket opens. The member fills in a modal, and their answers are the first thing in the thread — so nobody starts with "what is your character name?"
The same engine powers applications, whitelist forms, ban appeals and player reports. There is one form builder, not four.
Question types
Short text, paragraph, and a required flag on each. Discord allows 5 questions per modal; longer forms run as several pages.
Where the answers go
Into the ticket thread when it opens, and into the dashboard where they stay searchable after the thread is archived.
